Our extensive collection of macaron flavors—ranging from classic to quirky—has been thoughtfully selected for to be the perfect accompaniment to any time of day, mood, or special event.

Beyond our constantly growing list of flavors, Carpe Macarons also offers macaroons and macaron truffles. Macaroons are a coconut drop cookie that we dip in dark chocolate for an indulgent treat. Macaron truffles are what we do with any macaron that does not meet our aesthetic standards. We grind them up and blend them with a decadent filling and then dip the results in chocolate for an amazing treat that combines the lightness of a macaron with the decadence of a truffle.
