Founded in 2022, Carpe Macarons is a micro-bakery, based in Newton, IA, focused on French macarons, macaroons, and macaron truffles. Owned and operated by Becky Massman, Carpe Macarons started with special orders for friends and family and has grown to include a monthly subscription box, special orders for all types of events, and pop-up markets all over Iowa.

In 2026, Becky had the opportunity to grow Carpe Macarons into a full time business and once open, will operate out of Newton Commercial Kitchen.
